This Refund Policy outlines the conditions regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds for services purchased through VF FIT
1. Digital & Wellness Services
VF FIT provides digital wellness, nutrition, fitness, and consultation-based services. Due to the personalized nature of these services, refunds are limited once a program or consultation has started.
2. Eligibility for Refunds
Clients may be eligible for a refund only under the following conditions:

Duplicate payment made by mistake

Technical issue preventing access to purchased services

Cancellation request submitted before the program or consultation begins
Approved refunds may take 7–14 business days to process depending on the payment provider or bank.
3. Non-Refundable Services
Refunds will generally not be provided for:

Completed consultations or sessions

Personalized nutrition or fitness plans already delivered

Programs already started or partially used

Missed appointments without prior notice

Dissatisfaction based on personal preference or lack of adherence to the program
4. Subscription Services
If VF FIT offers subscription-based services, users may cancel future renewals at any time before the next billing cycle. Cancellation will stop future charges but does not guarantee refunds for the current billing period.
5. Appointment Cancellation
Clients are requested to notify VF FIT at least 24 hours before scheduled appointments.
Late cancellations or missed appointments may not qualify for rescheduling or refunds.
6. Medical Disclaimer
Results from nutrition, fitness, or wellness programs may vary from person to person depending on lifestyle, medical history, and adherence to recommendations. VF FIT does not guarantee specific outcomes.
